When I attempt to upload a pdf or a docx file as knowledge for my copilot, the upload seems to be successful but no document is added to the knowledge.
Steps -
1. Navigate to add knowledge
2. click on files
3. click on "Click to Browse"
4. Navigate to file to upload and open
5. Select "Add"
Outcome 1 - these steps work and the modal exits but no knowledge document is added to the knowledge base
Outcome 2- these steps do not work and an error is returned outlining "There was a problem creating your knowledge source."
Please create a support ticket via the admin portal to look into the cause of this.
