Sharing a model-driven app with Team

Hi,

I have set up two Teams and added the relevant members of the organisation to these teams. I want to share my model-driven app with these Teams. I have created Security Roles for each team. How do I share the app with a Team?

When I go to Share, I can only add individual users...

Thanks

K.

    Hi @Kosenurm ,

There are 2 ways to do it.

    First Way:

    1. Logon to Microsoft teams. Create a channel.
    2. Add members to the channel.
    3. Click on + next to Files menu
    4. Choose PowerApps
    5. In Choose from Existing Apps - >Choose Model-Driven Apps->Choose the respective app and click on save.
    6. All team members allocated to this channel will have access to the App.
    7.

    Second Way:

Create a office 365 security group from https://portal.office.com

(Admin-Users-Teams and Groups-Active team and groups-Microsoft 365-Add a Group). Add members to the group who need access specific model driven app.

    Login to https://make.powerapps.com

Navigate to Apps->Choose the Model Driven App->Click on 3 dots->Share->Add the Office 365 security group name.

Choose the security role.  Click on Share.
