How to Patch custom attachment from power apps to sharepoint

Hello everyone,
 

How can I implement a feature in Power Apps that allows users to upload and patch attachments to a selected record while on the edit screen? Specifically, I want users to select a record from a gallery, navigate to the edit screen where they can modify the record's details, and upload attachments using an attachment control. Once the user uploads the files and saves the changes, the attachments should be patched to the Attachments field of the selected record in the data source. What would be the best way to ensure that the attachments are correctly updated and associated with the record while on the edit screen?

    Without using a Power Automate flow there is no way to directly Patch and attachment in Power Apps.  If you use an Edit form with an attachment control you can add the files to the item by submitting the form. But there is no way to do it using a Patch() statement.
