Unable to create a Business Rule: Security Group Not Set

Today, I started working on an existing model driven app,  hosted in a solution. When I attempt ti create a business rule in the solution:

I am  both the App owner and system admin so permissions shouldn't be an issue. 

 

Update: a colleage created a business rule in the same solution and I can both edit and activate this... Go Figure!

    Hi @westerdaled 

     

    Go to Power platform admin centre and assign relevant Security group there  to see if this resolves the issue

    Thanks for replying with your suggestion. 

    With a bit more investigation, we have managed to track down the cause of the issue.  It appears to be the background process in NordVPN + enabling the VPN .  Not 100% sure both need to be disabled, as each time you change Nord settings I had to reboot as simply changing the settings, does not imact the current status .   

    I am able to recreate the error if needed.
