I have made power automate flow to create a report using word and convert to pdf. The flow runs successfully in the backend, but shows error message "code":"502 "Badgateway" "The server did not receive response from upstream server". The flow runs and even sends report on the given email, but it throws this error message in power apps on generate button.

Are you using the Respond Action? if so it might be timing out
Easier to help if you show the Flow after a run to see what action is tossing that error
