Draft with Copilot feature

How can I enable draft with copilot feature in canvas apps for end users? What license is required to get this feature for end users?

    Dear @MS.Ragavendar.
     
    After doing all these steps I don't see the draft with copilot appearing when typing multi line text. Also something I noticed is previously this feature was appearing on play mode (For some users ,not for everyone ) .Now it's not appearing for anyone .
    Are you aware if something is changed  ,or any licensing criteria got added to enable this feature.
