Hello,

I have requyirement to build electronic medical record app that patient can view their records including health history, medications etc. I am new to power app, please how do i go about this.I am confused. In this case:

To develop an app that provides a patient the ability to view their medical record

- Appointments

- Patient Check-in

- Services

- Labs

- Follow up survey

- Training/Education

Again, the app should:

Doctor Clinical Workstation

Authentication
Create, Edit, Delete LegalDocuments
Create, Edit, Delete Facility
Create, Edit, Delete Patient
Create, Edit, Delete Provider
Create, Edit, Delete Payer
Create, Edit, Delete Appointment
Create, Edit, Delete Exam
Create, Edit Delete Diagnosis
Create, Edit, Delete Lab
Create, Edit, Delete Procedure
Create, Edit, Delete Prescription Order

Thanks Michael.Should i build this app using CDS or Canvas Or Model Drivev in Power Apps? Also should i buld using the mobile app or tablet view?
