Dear community,
I just received an email from microsoft saying that I'm out of file capacity.
I don't understand how it can happen. I'm just creating a powerapps application with a dataverse as DB.
The DB storage is ok, but I do not store any file in the powerapps application or in dataverse.
Do anyone know why the file storage growth rapidly while I do not store any file ? Is storagein powerplatform related to sharepoint or users emails and not just apps and dataverse ?
Best regards,
Hi @r_ramillien,
This is quite common, file storage get typically consumed by files attached to Notes (annotation table) or by email attachments especially when users track/sync mailboxes into Dataverse. File storage also get consumed by File type of table columns. and by system jobs (asyncoperation). You can clean completed system jobs, old emails and/or their attachments and notes with Bulk Deletion Jobs: https://learn.microsoft.com/power-apps/developer/data-platform/delete-data-bulk
Hope this helps!
