Hello all,

I am stuck with a form for my power app and really need your help please!

I have created a form which, when submitted, is sent to a nominated supervisor via email with a hyperlink to the form (Flow). Each submission has a URN (ddmmyy/hh:mm/staffID/SS). Currently the supervisor is able to approve the form or send it back to the staff member for further work. They can also edit the form.

I need the form to do the following:

On submission of a form, the form will go to the nominated supervisors 'basket' as before. They can review the form in 'read only' and determine if it is approved or if further work needs doing to it. They need to have a editable comments box to tell the staff member what needs doing.

When the staff get the form back and do the highlighted work ( as per supervisors comments etc), they need to save the work. On saving the rework, the URN needs to remain the same as the original URN created at the time of the submission.

The supervisor needs to be notified of the returned form for them to review again etc
