Network error when using patch function: you don't have permission to create this row (SQL Server connection)

An error pops up if i try to create a new item when the implicit connection is secured. If i turn off the secure implicit connections, the code works.

We had something similar happen recently. Seems this feature is still in preview so may it's not fully functional as yet?

You could try opening a support ticket with MS? I'd be interested to know the outcome if you do.

Any ideas @v-bofeng-msft ?

I was able to ask microsoft support and they told me to directly patch to the datasource instead of passing it to a collection. However its proving to be complicated to patch to the datasource directly if i want to patch multiple records since thats the purpose of why i wanted to pass it through a collection first
