Hello All,
Thank you in advance for help with this. I have a powerapp built that has 2 combobox's that contain DisplayName details linked to Officer365Users for members of my organisation that is searchable.
I want to send an email to all of the people entered in each combobox. I am not fussed if they are all in the 'TO' line but I am struggling with how I get multiple 'Concat' references into the 'To' section of an onSelect.
I also want to add a fixed email address to the To line as well as the 2 Concat properties...
This is what I have so far...
Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Concat(ComboBox1.SelectedItems, Text(Mail) & ";"), "New TRiM Referral via TRiM App", "Body text" )
Thanks everyone in advance.
Hi @RobWebber ,
Assuming you have selected the DisplayName from the Combo Box immediately prior to running this, then
Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
Concat(
ComboBox1.SelectedItems,
Mail,
";"
),
"New TRiM Referral via TRiM App",
"Body text"
)
or depending on the Items, you may need Email instead of Mail, however if the DisplayNames were already selected before you opened the Form (they are simply the DefaultSelectedItems), then you will not have the Mail/Email field to refer to - please confirm your process here.
