I have a use case to Summarize the emails received from particular group mail account and send the summary of each email in admin email account. How can perform this task using Copilot studio. Any suggestion or link to get an Idea?. Thanks

For your scenario (“summarize each incoming email from a group mailbox and mail the summary to admins”), Power Automate + AI Builder is enough and the simplest route. Consider using Copilot Studio with orchestration only if you also want an interactive copilot to run the same summary on demand or to chain more tools.

Below is steps you can use to make the power automate flow

Power Automate - recommended for “always-on” summaries
Step 1: Trigger the mailbox:
a. Shared mailbox → Office 365 Outlook: When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2).
b. Microsoft 365 Group inbox → Office 365 Groups Mail: When a new email arrives to a group (use this connector for group mail).

Step 2: Get the message body (Group mail only): Add Get a thread post to fetch the full content/attachments.

Step 3: Summarize with AI: Add AI Builder → Create text with GPT (using a prompt). This is built into Power Automate; you provide your prompt (e.g., “Summarize in 5 bullets: Subject, From, Key Points, Action Items, Due Dates”).

Step 4: Send the summary: Use Office 365 Outlook → Send an email (or “Send from shared mailbox”) to the admin address.

Which AI builder Action should i use , i dont see any action which will summerize my email body.

also we have setting around 50 + Email everyday. How to create summary of each email and send a compiled email to admin to day " Here is the last 50 email summary you got in last 24 hours" something like that.
