I see the following control in one application, I'm not sure what is the use of it and how to add it!

That is a scrollable canvas.
If you go to insert screen, one of the screen templates is scrollable. Select that and you will get that canvas.

got it thanks, i'm looking to edit 13 columns of a record inside a gallery which is having 50 records, now i've adjusted them in 2 rows, is there a possibility to add scroll action to right to adjust and edit all the 13 columns in single row instead ?
