How to convert angular portal app into PCF?

Hello experts,

 

I have created a portal app using angular 9 which is working fine. My client is asking to convert this angular portal app into PCF control or component. 

 

Is it possible? And if so how can I do this?

 

I will appreciate it if you can provide some articles or tutorials for this task to be achieved.
