Can't change order of fields

Hi,

I made a form with lots of fields using a SP List and I need to reorder a couple of them.

I know I can drag and drop them, but now it doesn't work anymore. I drag and drop and nothing happens.

I tried clearing all the data from the browser, I tried switching browsers, but I'm stuck

First, turn off the snap to columns option of your form. Then set your columns to the maximum of 12.

This will give the most flexibility and avoid the designer trying to re-align everything.

Then, in your Edit Fields list, drag and drop the fields as you need. It is not a perfect science...sometimes you have to move a couple in a way that is backwards to the one you want to really move in order to get it into position.

I'm sure this would've been useful, but somehow after hours or drag and dropping and reloading it suddenly worked, Thanks a lot anyways

No problem...keep the points I made in mind though with forms. This is the number one thing people find frustrating with forms. It's a nice feature, but when you start getting into the finer points of the design, it can be a hindrance.

All right so yesterday it was fine, today the fields switched up again. I tried the method you suggested and they're still stuck. I really hate the fact that when you have more than 3 pieces of data and 2 elements on the screen power apps just breaks
