Gallery Based on two SharePoint lists

Hello

I think that this is possible, but am stuck.

I have Gallery displaying the content from one SharePoint list;

As you can see I have made a combo box that filters the content of the gallery.

The issue is with the combo box with the red icon.  This combo box is limited to Yes, No.

What I am trying to do is when a user submits the form, (or presses a button) the yes no answers will be saved to a second table.

Ignoring the UWName for now, you can see that MLP intro which is a data item in the first table, is a column name in the second.

The piece that makes this more difficult, (well it is for me) is I dont want to hard code/reference the column names.  I would like the Yes, No to be submitted to the column that is chosen. The view below adds context that there can be other LoB.

The LoB shown in the gallery is controlled by the first combo box.

I did try the following that gave the red icon

"'UWT - Training'." & Subtitle3.Value

Where UWT - Training is the second list name.  Subtitle 3 is the data item MLP intro.

This is my first app, but I seem to have a habit of trying "run before I can walk"!.

I hoe someone can help, and thank you for your assistance.

Stuart
