Greetings, everyone!
Upon deploying the Canvas App to production, it should display a popup prompting users to refresh the app in order to connect with the latest version. However, this popup appears only for 90% of the users, while the remaining users can still access the previous version. This situation poses a risk for those users, as there might be changes in the backend flow or potential errors triggered by outdated versions.
Over the past two months, we have been releasing the app on a weekly basis, and this issue emerged just last week.
Have there been recent changes that caused this behavior?
How can we ensure that a popup message is consistently shown to all users whenever a new version of the app is published?
