Model driven app has above options. Kindly let know if there is an option to disable/restrict the flow options like create flow to end users like shown in above pic.

Above pic is model driven app top buttons.

    @VeeraVaishnavi

    You could try changing the Security Privilege for Run Flows if you do not want to allow users to run any flows.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I want the users to run the flow. But I wanted  to restrict access to "create flows" and power automate screen.

    Example is below:

    I have used report feature for sample.

    I am using the report feature of model driven app. I wanted users to run flow for approval but not create flow.

    ANd on click of the flow, the below pop up appears. Please let me know if its possible to either disable this pop up/ customize the contents to retrict users from access the connections and power automate details.

    To take out things from the command bar like that specific "Create Flow" UI element, you may need to use Ribbon Workbench

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I came across below website to disable flow option across all form and site settings :

    https://www.inogic.com/blog/2018/10/show-or-hide-microsoft-flow-button-in-dynamics-365/#:~:text=For%20this%2C%20we%20need%20to,Properties%20of%20the%20System%20Settings.&text=And%20click%20on%20the%20customization,on%20OK%20button%20save%20it.

    But currently the option is changed. I have already enabled and cannot disable it again. As suggested, will try ribbon workbench. Thanks.

    Tried ribbon workbench to hide the entire flow button from form. It worked.

    But not able to  take out things from the command bar like that specific "Create Flow" UI element.

    There are two options of flow in home grid of ribbon workbench. One had specific 3 options . Hide the three buttons - Manage, RUN flow and run work flow. It didn't reflect any changes. Thanks.
