Nope.  Just ignore it if you must.

I would love to ignore it but it locks up my app for edit. SO Frustrating...

Oh? I did not know that info from your original post.  Not sure what to do here either then.

Any chance you can rollback to a previous working version?  You can do this by right-clicking the app, going to details, then versions.

What you mean that PowerApps checker "locks up [your] app for edit" exactly?

Are you able to open it in PowerApps Maker at all?

Can you navigate screens in the Maker or is that part of the issue?

What specifically do you mean that it "locks" it?

I had an App suffering from the Checker getting stuck in some kind of loop (that App was using the D365 connector - what is your App using out of intereset). I raised a ticket with MS and it got resolved.

I agree with @PaulD1. Try opening a ticket with Microsoft.

Thanks everyone for your input! More details about the issue. The app has many formulas on many controls, and the checker runs for about 15-20 minutes, without allowing access to any access to the controls' formulas for edit. This app also has many datasources - most are to the CS, but also included are sharepoint and O365 Outlook. We have opened a case with support, but still do not have resolution.

Adding my frustration here too. I upvoted the "Idea" from 2017.

This is getting to be super frustrating.

I deleted a column from a Dataverse Table. I then want to fix the Canvas App to not reference that column, but the App Checker will not leave me alone to go fix up the code!

My experience has not been restricted to just this either. It's happened when making changes to Context Variables and logic.

The only way out is to close the browser window and reload everything, thus losing any unsaved changes from when the App editing locked up.

Also adding my frustration with the App Checker here.

There MUST be a way to turn it off while you are developing.

Making the slightest change or addition keeps locking up the app for 10+ minutes each time I want to make a change... only to then tell me the code is broke! I know it's broke because the App Checker has locked me out of fixing it...expletive, expletive.

Even trying to add comments has become an endurance race.

    Type /

    Wait 10 minutes

    Type the next /

    Wait 10 minutes

    //now type my comments

What should take seconds is taking 20+ minutes.

Making actual changes to code is worse.

I'm having to resort to writing code in notepad and then copy/paste.

    Productivity is right down!!!!

I didn't even realize that this was what was happening... my app has lots of controls and when I open to edit, the editor didn't behave as expected for a very long time. Then I saw that the app checker was running... as soon as it was done, the editor worked normally. Frustrating when you need to just pop in and make a quick change but have to wait for 20 minutes until the app checker says everything is fine (which you knew already).
