Issue Importing PCF Solution from PCF Gallery: Missing Privilege prvCreateWebResource!

Hi Team,

I am trying to use a PCF control from the PCF Gallery in my PowerApps environment. Here's what I have done so far:

I downloaded the solution file for the PCFGridSearch control from the PCF Gallery.
When I tried importing the solution into my PowerApps environment under Solutions, I encountered the following error:

3. It seems that my user account is missing the prvCreateWebResource Privilege for the webresources entity

How can resolve this issue? Which is the specific role or privilege should be assigned to my user account to address the missing prvCreateWebResource? Is there any way to verify or grant this privilege without requiring System Administrator access?
(Note: I currently have the Environment Maker role in my environment)
