Setup a pipeline using azure DevOps for power platform using self hosted agent(Power Platform Publish Customizations Task Failure)

"We are trying to setup a pipeline using azure DevOps for power platform using self hosted agent(Since Microsoft host agent requires parallelism permission from Microsoft), following the steps form this tutorial. The account we are using for power platform is different than what we are using for Azure DevOps. We followed all the steps that are provided  here  to setup application user by providing the application ID but the system couldn't find it. After which we followed the steps to create service principle and client secret using PowerShell by executing the script provided here.

 

Once we Queued our pipeline we got the below error:
