Hello,

I hope someone could help me. I´m trying to build an app wich keeps track of the visits my company has had. The main goal is to keep track of active visits so we can record when the visitor enters and when they leave. Also, I need to have some records of previous visits can be exported to Excel or SQL server.

The information we´re asking from the visitors is the following:

Name & Surname
Name of company
Check-in Time
Check-out Time
Department (the specific section in my company the visitor is going to)
Person of contact (The person he´s going with)
Option to take a picture of ID (IF POSSIBLE)

Hi @CU06052310-0,

I am not sure exactly what you need here - all of that is possible using SharePoint or (if you want to pay for the licences) Dataverse. If you want assitance with any code you get stuck on, we are all happy to assist.

My company did this using Microsoft Form where the visitor had to fill in the details > Submit with Power Automate triggered > Update to PowerApps Gallery for Viewing / Updating / Filtering
