Hi,
actually i'm new to this power automate flow and i want to create a flow for the hr where
when they hire someone, for the next 5 days 5 different mails should be send to them. That means after sending every mail there should be 1 day gap before sending another mail.
Also i want there names to be define in there respective mails. Also they are saying that there will be multiple candidates on the day of boarding so they should receive mails as well. for ex, if they hired 2 candidates then both should receive mails on each day for the next 5 days.
So can anyone help me with that?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Sure,

So I tried out the process for two days (In the screenshot my delay was seconds though for testing purpose)
Note the Filter Query in the list rows action
    Kindly find screenshots below

I hope the screenshot clarifies the process,

Now it is important to note you can actually go ahead to create multiple flows to achieve your desired result to avoid potential Flow failure that may occur due to long processes.

Kindly feel free to leave a Like to my post and Mark as a solution.

    Yes @Anonymous ,

That is why I said you should utilize the Delivery Order to filter it

    Joseph_Fadero_0-1711009623502.png

Using that Delivery Order, You can send to 3 to person 1 and 2 as the first people to receive those mails for those 5 days, then You can have another list rows present in the table that filters the table by the second delivery order (delivery order 2) and the subsequent actions below it.

So all you have to do is on your excel specify an order in which the mails should be sent, then use powerautomate to filter the table based on the delivery order column.

I hope you get my recommendations now

every one should get same mails, thats why i didnt specify the name of who is to get what mails,
ok, so there are 5 set of mails with different content, basically the policies and all.
so when i hire anyone lets imagine 3 people, now when i run the flow i want the first mail to go to person1, and person2, then on 2nd day again i want them to receive 2nd mail to both, perosn1 and person2 like that till 5 days .
    i hope you understood now.
    Thanks!

    Hi @user1162,

Oh I clearly understand your issue,

    Here is my recommendation:

Why don't you add a column called delivery order, since you cannot specify the name of who is to get what mails,

    Candidate NameMailDelivery Order
    person1username@mail.com1
    person2username@mail.com2

Under the Odata Filter in the List rows you can filter to Delivery Order 1 for example, that would get the defined user you need,

After that, You may need to use another list rows present in a table after you are done with the first delivery order for delivery order 2.

I hope you understand my solution,

Kindly feel free to mark as a solution if it meets your requirement

here is the sample of my data, this is how im storing the data

    my issue is clear.
when i run the flow it's sending both person 1 and person 2 (or any specified number of people) to receive emails regularly over the next five days, rather than having all the emails sent to person 1 for the first five days and then to person 2 afterward.
    Hope you understood my point.
    Thanks!
