Error and cannot create any agents

I went through the configuration steps for a new agent but did not add any Knowledge. After hitting "Create" the agent has come back with an error: "There was a problem creating your agent" {"error":{"message":"500"}}

I am now unable to do anything in the Agent section, including creating a new agent. Every time I go to the Agent tab it keeps taking me to the error page with no ability to do anything else. Seems like something needs to be cleared out.

Any suggestions?

The issue indicates that the agent creation process failed with a "500" error, and the Agent tab is now stuck, preventing further actions. This could be due to an incomplete or corrupted agent configuration in the backend.

I created multiple Agents with and without Knowledge base with no issues. -Pls try to recreate with another name and let me know
