I am a new user of Copilot Studio. When I tried to create a flow via Copilot Studio, I encountered the following error which doesn't allow me to create flows. I have no problem in creating flows via Power Automate on the same environment.
I clicked 'Change connection reference' but got almost the same error message as shown below.
Can anyone please help and advise what this error is and how to fix? Your kind help will be much appreciated!
Please make sure you have a license setup as this can cause this, not saying it does I am saying it can.
Secondly, I would go in and click Change Connection Reference and build a new one.
or Close this screen
Go to powerautomate.com
Go to the correct Environment
Click ... More in the left nav
Select Connectors
See if you see the connection there and if so fix it, or create a new one there, then come back here and select that. Again you need this screen closed before you do those steps.
You should CTRL F5 your agent before attemping to reconnect.
