Hi everyone,

I need to create a flow to help me filter data in an excel table. Then create item in a SharePoint list if there are rows that meet the condition. These are my actions:

  • The Flow will trigger if the file is modified.
  • Get items in the target Sharepoint list.
  • List rows present in a table with filter query of if column "DraftStatus" has the value of "Draft" and the column "NRC" does not have value equal to the column "SNRIC" from the Sharepoint list. This is in an apply to each loop.

  • Finally, add the data from the excel file to the sharepoint list using create item.

The flow ran successfully but no record was created. What exactly went wrong with my flow?

    Hi @Daniel-tqd ,

Please check the run history and see if outputs of List rows present in a table action is empty. Based on the official doc:

Excel Online (Business) - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

Only 1 filter function can be applied on a column.

So, please try and use Filter array to get rows from the Excel table. Be noted that Pagination in settings of Excel action needs to be turned on.

    Best regards,
