Email Link Property - Can you add Subject Line and Maybe Body Content

I am building a Power App, pulling from a SharePoint list. I have an email field. I figured out how to change the property to display the content as a email hyperlink that opens Outlook when selected. It works great. I also see the HtmlText setting is set to

"<a href='mailto:" & Parent.Default & "'>" & Parent.Default &" </a>"

Is there a way to edit the HtmlText to prepopulate the Subject line and maybe a line in the body when Outlook opens? Whenever I search for this, I keep finding references to "Launch" which is a little different. Was hoping it was something simple to type into the HtmlText setting.
