I have a form with a few fields. I want to add a few more fields which do not exist in the datasource (a DataTable). The form doesn't have to write back to these fields, they are mainly dropdowns in which users can make a selection to filter the data.
How can I add these fields to a form if they do not exist in the datasource?

Select your form, click on Edit fields, click on the ellipsis and then Add a custom card:
