Column LookUP

Hola a todos.
Lo que pasa es que estoy intentando filtrar una columna de una formulario lista de sharepoint que yo coloque la columna como un lookup, pero sucede que cuando voy a usar el (Filter) me sale errores, entonces no se como resolverlo, les adjunto pruebas para explicarles mejor.
 
Tengo una lista en sharepoint donde esta todo el formulario, tengo un lookup que se llama UniversidadConvenios, que esa conecta con otra lista que se llama UniversidadesConvenio que en esa lista tengo el campo de donde se conecta con otra lista que se llama Paises para esta numerado por orden alfabetico por paises y asi se conecta con UniverisadesConvenio.



Lo que quiero es que el campo Universidad_Convenios Dependa de de el Pais, que le salgan pocas opciones, pero como el campo de pais es un lookup y tambien Universidad_Convenios es un lookUp entonces no se como hacerlo intente de esta manera pero no me sale nada
Alguien sabe por que?

       Universidades.Value = DataCardValue20.Selected.Value
    )
