I have a sharepoint list of activities undertaken by colleagues over the last 3 years. I would like to use powerapps to create statistics on data for each year. Our year runs 1/10 to 30/9
I am familiar with creating collections of sharepoint lists and then filtering for gallery controls.
As I would like to run some statistics on data year by year, I would like to create a collection for each of our years (as given by dates above).
So a typical output would be
1. how many errors occurred. User would use a date picker that represents 1/10/2020 to 30/9/21 or 1/10/21 to 30/9/2022
2. when the particular year is selected, the collection would be ONLY the data from the activities list for that year
3. i can then do sums on averages, complications, names, numbers of cases on the selected year
Sorry if it isnt clear.
If there is an alternative "better" way to run stats on parts of a sharepoint list (based on a date range) then please let me know too. Dates are visible in UK format on the SP list.
