Hello,
Agent created and published in Team +Microsoft 365 .
I see this agent in Team ( our company team ) , tried to chat but agent doesn’t answer ???

    Hello, many company rules or dlp could disturb the process.

    When this kind of situation happen, i suggest you to use the download as a zip button (you have it in your last screenshot) and since you are Teams Admin, you could add directly the app in the catalogue and give correct permission. 

    This solution always work for my customers when the automated publish from copilot studio don't work due to unknown company restriction.
