I would like to create tables in Dataverse for an existing PowerApp and the Power Platform Environment Admin in my team is attempting to assign me a System Customizer role.
He encountered an error following this: Assign security roles to users in an environment that has a Dataverse database. Configure user security in an environment - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
Within the Power Platform Admin Center 'Environments' tab, he sees the environment 'Environment_A'. But when he clicks it, it says
"Environment Not Found
The environment was not found. This can happen if you recently performed an operation or switched accounts.
Request Time (UTC): September 7th 2023, 1:49:27 am
Request ID: 48fc4e15-67c4-4fff-b6fb-535a4a0ed427"
What is the cause for this error, and how do we get around it?
Hi @shawn_nathaniel,
Is your admin logged into multiple browser profiles/accounts? Ask them to try clearing their browser cache or using a private browsing session to confirm its not a login issue.
Other thing to check is the environment status in the list of environments. Was there some operation such as a restore, copy, or something else occurring at the time? If so, you'd just have to wait for those operations to complete to access the envrionment.
