I need to end the chat session and start new chat session with the new directline token I receive in iframe embed code of chatbot integrated with custom web application

To conclude the chat session using the direct line approach, you can develop a custom solution as outlined below:
Create a topic with an "Event received" trigger.
Within this topic, incorporate a node to end the session.
From the client-side script, transmit the event to trigger this custom topic.

But End conversation was not ending the chat session normally. On the same browser tab when I logout my custom web site and login again with different user, the chatbot holds the previous user's chat messages and session.
