I have a custom entity that I am using in 4 topic.
I remove the usage one of the list items from all 4 topics.
I remove that same list items from the custom entity.
When saving the updated custom entity. I get an error that I can't update the custom type as it as a NamedEntity referenced by one or more dialogs.
I would like to be able to modify the list without removing all usage of the entity.

[Edit 1/20/2020] The user CleberM sent a message that is an error on Microsoft side. The idea needs to be ignored.

If I see any updates or resolve this problem, I will remove the idea and post the resolution here.

Thanks for reporting this here. This is a known issue on our side - that you can't remove an item from a custom entity even though it's not being used inside a topic.
We are working to fix this issue soon.
