Go To Step is not working in PVA

Hi Team,

I am trying to navigate to different step to by using Go To Step, but its not working. Attached Snapshot

Please help !! this is blocker

Hi @santhoshj,

This is a known issue for which a fix is currently being rolled out.

In the meantime, you can use the code editor view to insert the 'Go to step' node.
E.g.:

- kind: GotoAction
id: Ghg73G
actionId: setVariable_hLJOnB

Hi Henry @HenryJammes !!

Thanks for your response.. I have tried this.. (added this piece of code as shown below. (goToAction))

As a result, i am able to see the flow updated with this goToAction activity. (attached below)

But final output, its not working as expected. When i test it, its not going back to main question activity.
Also another unexpected error when chat is giving response

It would be really great if you any help us, since this a blocker for building chatbot for our app.

I think you have this loop because the question is skipped. Right now, the question is skipped by default if the variable already has a value. To change this behavior, you can open question properties and choose "Ask every time"

In the future we are planning to change the default behavior to always ask if the question is executed the second time.

Hi there, this is not working for us either.

"Ask every time" should already work. If your question is not asked when "Ask every time" is selected, please create a ticket to customer support, it requires investigation.
