Hello

I am using "When an email arrives " trigger and creating a new work item in my VSTS.

here  what i want now is to send a screenshot in  my email and i want to display this screenshot in my created work item.

I triedto convert the "Body" of email to base64 and display in work item.

But i was not able to do so.

Any help will be great!!!

    Hi @abd3127,

Do you want to display image which is from the Body of the email within your created work item of VSTS?

The Body of the email is a HTML text, we should add a "Html to text" action to convert it into normal plain text firstly. I have made a test on my side and the flow works successfully as below:35.JPG

The screenshot in Body of the email would show up as above, so if you add the screenshot in Body of the email, I afraid that there is no way to display screenshot in your work item of VSTS in Microsoft Flow currently.

    Best regards,

    Kris
