Button to display item in Edit form

Beginner here stumped by what I imagine is a easy fix for an expert.  I have 'Screen1' that has a data table, edit form, the usual 'Save' 'Add' and 'Delete' buttons.  What  is stumping me is how to code a button to navigate to a display form, (DisplayYesResponses), loaded with the values in the edit form (Item Entry Detail).  I need to filter the display from so only "Yes" responses are shown.  I think i have that covered with the 'Visible' property.. eg... DataCardValue4= "yes" or some variant.  None of the similar requests that I can find in this community forum seem to work for me or I am yet unable to see through them and transpose something close.

Any help with this or best practices is appreciated!

    If I'm reading your question right, I believe you just need to use the Filter() function on the DataSource property of your FormViewer. You can pass in the argument to filter records that have a field equal to "Yes".

    Not sure how that happens...  what i was more concerned about was being able to click the button and be taken to a displayscreen with the values from the edit screen loaded into the display form.  It may be that a "No" is required to display so i wanted to take care of that one data card at a time on the display form.

    What I am really looking for is a loaded display form.

    A form can only show a single record.  You can filter your datatable to show the records you want to look at, choose one in the datatable and then open the form for that record.

    @Drrickryp that is exactly what I want to do.  How do i do that?

    @Drrickryp  Maybe these screen captures will help?

    The OnSelect property of the button should be:

    Set(varRecord, Datatable1.Selected.ID);Navigate(screen2)

    and the Item property of the View form on screen2 should be:

    Lookup(splist,ID=varRecord)

    replace splist  with the name of the data source for the View form.

    @Drrickryp  The Item property in the view form is still giving me issues.  Could it be because ID_Column1 is a record, ( not sure what that means), and varRecord is a number?

    @ghutchinsMicron

    ID not ID_Column1

    Yea...  sorry if I am a pain @Drrickryp I tried that initially but got the error in the attached Capture.png...  I looked at DataTable1 and saw the ID column was actually called ID_Colum1 sot that is why i tried that ...Capture2.png.

    @ghutchinsMicron

    I generally prefer the more specific Item property for a form: Lookup(splist, ID= Datatable1.Selected.ID) but you could try just Datatable1.Selected instead and see if that works.
