Progress bar or spinner on attachments control

Hi,

I am designing a Power App edit form that connects to SharePoint Online list with attachment. I would like to show spinner or progress bar on the form while attachment control is active uploading the file.

Attachments control has OnAddFile action that could be used to set SpinnerVisible variable to false once the file is uploaded. I am not sure if there is any event on action that can be leveraged to set SpinnerVisible variable to true once the file starts uploading.

Any other ideas?

Thank you for help

    Hi @ZStaniek

How do you submit your form to your datasource?

If you use the button control, you could set the variable to true and submit you form in a button OnSelect property.

Here are some links of adding loading spinner for your reference:

    Hope it helps!

    Best regards,

    Sylvia

    Hello Sylvia,

Thank you for your post. I need spinner when attaching file (based on attachments control). I do not have a button where I could plug the spinner to when using that control.

Hello, @ZStaniek , Unfortunately there is no OnSelect Property that you can use to set the variable to true. That was going to be the way to go.
