PVA bot follows "old" topic structure instead of new

Hi,

We've created a basic bot to test and integrate with MS Teams. Once it worked we set about extending the bots capabilities. We did so by taking existing topics and adding more options to the Question type nodes. We also linked "Options for user" to new messages and linked that to redirect to new topics. But, in testing, and even after publishing, the bot still answers according to the "old" structure and does not seem to follow the new structure. When we "track between topics" (a great feature btw) it is clear that the bot "gets lost" and loses the track.
Is there a way to A) reset the bot so that it rebuilds its history based on the updated structure, or B) a way to list all failures/wrong answers and train the bot where it should have gone in each case?
Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for reporting the issue. Can you confirm that your topics are turned 'On'? They need to be 'On' in order to trigger. You can check Status on the Topics tab.

    Thanks

    Gitika

    Hi,

Yes all topics are ON. I eventually deleted most of the topics or parts of them and created new options. That seemed to do the trick and all seem to be working now.
It's a great feature that if you delete a node, the entire structure below it doesn't disappear but hovers at the top so you can re-link again.
