This might be a quick fix, but I'm stumped. I've created an app to help one of our departments with one of their processes, and I'm trying to allow them to filter by certain information to get a quick view what they need. When I write out the Distinct function, the Combo Box only returns blank values, and when I go to review what information the formula is calling, the value I'm looking to filter on is just listed as [Record]:

Any thoughts?

Then your Vessel column is a complex type, like a Choice or a Lookup!

Append a .Value to your Vessel column name in your formula - i.e. Vessel.Value

No, Search expects text fields only. You would need to convert your complex column to a text column with an AddColumns function, then you can search.

Ex.

Search( AddColumns('Crew Change', "_vessel", Vessel.Value ), textSearchInput.Text, "_vessel" )
