upload images to azure with tag

Hello i want to build a app where user takes images and uploads them to Azure storage. But i also want to tag the image with some Id. So when i am in azure i can search for that id and find the image easily again. Was also thinking about how to download the image to the power apps using the id 

Any good ideas ?
