Images in Environment Variables

Hi there,

I'm building apps that I want to migrate between environments. In the app there is an company logo in the header I want to dynamically change when migrating to another environment.
So I thought I could load that image from an environment variable. But I don't know how to archive that. There seems no possibility to load an image to an environment variable. I thought that way I don't have to touch the app and just adjust the environment variables.

How do you handle that?

Best regards

    hey

what you can try is store the logo in  sharepoint for example and then use the URL in your environemtvariable.

in the imageproperty you can try
    EnvironmentVariableValue("LogoUrlVariable")

please be aware that working with environemnt variables directly in powerapps makes it premium

There is no environment variable type for a file.  But there is one for JSON. You could use that to store a Base64 encoded object as a JSON variable.  This post shows how to encode an image in Base64 using Power Automate. How to Convert a SharePoint Image to Base64 in Power Automate - Power Tech Tips

    Thanks for all the answers.
@mmbr1606 I'll try it with storing the images in Sharepoint and then storing the URL in an environment variable.
If I get the environment variables via Power Automate, it isn't a Premium Feature, right?
