Linking two Forms documents

Essentially, I am trying to link two Forms documents together. I would like the documents to be "linked" to each other in a sense because the first one is an initial survey composed of "Yes" or "No" questions and the second is a documentation request which can ideally tailor the documentation it is asking for based on the answers to the first form. Is this possible in any way? Please let me know if my post is unclear and I can clarify.

Hi @5h0un4k ,

I'm sure there is a way to do this but based on the initial scope my method would be to add a section in your Form and if No (example), then this section becomes visible and documentation questions are required; if Yes (example), this entire section is skipped.

It sounds like the 2nd form is related to the first based on the Yes/No questions, just make the second "Form" appear as a "Section" in the 1st form.
