Power Automate - reminder on Date Due

Posted on by
Hi everyone,

I'm relatively new to Power Automate, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

I'm trying to create a Scheduled Flow that runs at 07:30 each morning, and collects up all Tasks that are "Due" on that particular day (and ultimately send out an email). Our CRM contains a field called scheduledend with the dates as shown below (I am in the UK):

So, today I would have liked the Flow to run at 07:30, pick up the two Tasks that are due today (the time they are due is irrelevant) and then send out an email reminder.

The Recurrence part of my Flow looks like this, so I think I've got this correct:

However, I then get stuck with the date conversion (which I'm not sure that I have to do):

The expression is this formatDateTime(utcNow(),'dd-MM-yyyyTHH:mm:ssZ')

Using this expression throws an error when I try to run the flow:

How can I re-format the date, and do I even need to do that? I guess I must need to otherwise the time stamp will become a problem.

I'd appreciate any help that you could please give me.

Many thanks
Jon
