I have an Excel file stored in Sharepoint (that updates daily), how can i get the changes to reflect in my Sahrepoint List?
Yes when i open the Excel file the updates are visible
I have tried Refresh from Data Source but it has no effect

Hi Gary,
You have to use Power Automate flows to update your sharepoint list.
I would suggest you to create a scheduled flow that runs everyday and get the information in excel and updates your sharepoint list.
