Firstly, our tracking in the power platform admin center > Resources > Capacity states that we have used 0 messages and 0 sessions. The copilot has been published and used over 100 sessions including some billed sessions.
On top of that, our limit in the power platform admin center > Resources > Capacity states that we have 0 message(s) remaining (even though we have used 0), and a nonzero number of session(s) remaining. I have seen the differences between a message and session, however everything that I see regarding usage limits for copilots is in terms of messages, not sessions. Why is this, and what could it mean in terms of our subscription?
