Deleting Unmanaged Layers from a managed Solution

Hi,

everytime I make an Upgarde to my Solution in Prod, I must delete the Unmanaged Layers from every component, so that the newest Version of the flow or the app move to the top.

Is there a way to delete all Unmanaged Layers in a managed solution at once ?  Or simply to make an upgrade directly without these layers ?

Thank you !

I have the same question (1)

    If you use connection references and environment variables in the solution then you should be able to replace the managed solution without going in and creating unmanaged layers - what is the reason for creating the unmanaged layers in your case?

    @iAm_ManCat I am actually using environment variables and connection refrences. The unmanaged layers are automatically created after an upgrade. This means that  before I start using the new deployed solution I must go through every component and delete its unmanaged layer.

    Have you used Apply upgrade from the Solutions area in Power Apps?

    @Anonymous ,

    After your import where you not able to see your latest changes in prod?

    @Prakash4691 I am only able to see the changes, when I delete the unmannaged Layer of the component. Otherwise I see the older Version of the component (generally Canvas App or Flow)

    @Anonymous ,

    Try to import your solution using classic version. If it is not patch then you can able to overwrite the customization.

    "overwrite customization" option overwrites any unmanaged customizations previously performed on components included in this solution.

    In such case you don't have to remove unmanaged layer every time while importing. Hope Microsoft implement this functionality in powerapps portal in future to overwrite customizations instead of doing it from classic version.

    If it answers your question, kindly give kudo and accept it as solution.

    Regards,

    Prakash
