My own website and chat bot

Hi all. The client has his own WordPress site. Is it possible to connect PVA to this site?
Or does PVA only work inside Microsoft environments? (Teams, portals) 
And the second question. What happens if I buy a tariff for $200 per month and exceed the limit of conversion? Does the chat bot just shut down?

I will be grateful for the answer

    I already received the answer to the first question. The bot integrates through powerApps ^_^
