Why I can't see my Built In Canvas power apps on my office dashboard landing page?

I published this Canvas Apps for Teams and I shared it with a few users with the same security roles for usage, but only one of them can see that app pinned in the Office dashboard landing page. What is happing in the case?

As you can see, only Model Driven are shown, not Canvas Apps.

Hi @wjpl, unfortunately I don't think it is yet possible. I haven't tried this yet, but have a look at the below article to manual add a tile to your app.
