Users trying to access the app where receiving the message in the Subject box.
Even though the users were part of the same group as myself, they couldn't access it.
Thanks for the update.
If possible, you may consider share the solution here, so that it could help the others who might get into the same situation.

Since this post I added the the individuals to the Permissions list as well as the group.
